    Teen/Adult Competitive Foil/Epee/Sabre July/August 2022

    Level 3 - WFC membership required

    Our advanced level class for experienced fencers who are serious about improving their  skills.  Coach's permission required.

    Fencers are encouraged to register for the Thursday night conditioning and bouting class for another day of training as well as weekly individual lessons.

    Wednesday 6-7:30 pm  $225

    July 20th through August 31st


    Class requirements:

    • Face masks are not required at this time, but are encouraged for those who are unvaccinnated, have close contact with someone at higher risk from COVID, or who will be competing in sanctioned events.
    • One parent spectator only for minor-age fencers
    • Proper fencing attire is expected, including fencing pants.
    • Fencers are asked to provide their own equipment.  (We will continue to provide equipment if necessary.)
    • Fencers should bring a water bottle to class. (We have a water bottle filling station.)
    • Participants must bring in a signed enrollment form to their first class.
    • Bring your US Fencing membership confirmation to your first class. Fencers in this class should purchase a competitive membership.  US Fencing membership is available here...

    Youth Skills July/August 2022

    level 2

    Get moving and practice your fencing skills!  This intermediate level class features a variety of skill development exercises and  bouting.  Class runs for 75 minutes.  This class is for experienced fencers age 8-13.


    Thursday 4:45-6pm $200 - meets 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25

    • Class requirements:Face masks are not required at this time, but are encouraged for those who are unvaccinnated, have close contact with someone at higher risk from COVID, or who will be competing in sanctioned events.
    • One parent spectator only for minor aged fencers.
    • Fencers must wear long athletic pants, t-shirts, and clean, dry sneakers to class
    • Fencers should bring a water bottle to class. (We have a water bottle filling station.)
    • Students are asked to provide their own fencing mask and glove. (See our equipment policy for information about special offers when you purchase your mask from us.)
    • Participants must bring in a signed enrollment form to their first class.
    • Bring your US Fencing membership confirmation to your first class ($10/year for a non-competitive membership).  US Fencing membership is available here...

      Teen/Adult July/August '22 Footwork, Conditioning, Bouting

      Teen/Adult FCB Section 1 – Thursday 6:15-8:15pm.

      $50 Must be currently enrolled in another class.  Meets Thursdays in July and August.  No Class 7/7 or 7/14.

      We continue our footwork, conditioning and bouting class.  The class consists of warm-ups, agility exercises, strength and fitness exercises, and footwork (30-45 minutes).  The remainder of the session will be devoted to bouting and participants are expected to remain for open fencing.  Current enrollment in another class is required to participate.

      Our entry level class -- learn the basic attacks and defense of modern fencing!    This class is for new and continuing fencers age 8-13. Fencers typically continue at this level at least two full sessions.

      level 1

      $125 


      Due to summer schedules, this class will only be offered in August, and only on Mondays.

      • Monday 4:45-5:45 Meets 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22, & 8/29

      Class requirements:

      • Face masks are not required for fencers or spectators at this time.
      • One parent spectator only
      • Fencers must wear long athletic pants, t-shirts, and clean, dry sneakers to class
      • Fencers should bring a water bottle to class. (We have a water bottle filling station.)
      • First-time students will receive a free fencing glove (one time only).  All other necessary equipment will be provided.
      • Returning students are asked to provide their own fencing mask. (See our equipment policy for information about special offers when you purchase your mask from us.)
      • Participants must bring in a signed enrollment form to their first class.

      Teen/Adult FOIL Skills August

      Cost: $175 This class meets for an hour and a half. Foil Only.

      Level 2


      Due to summer schedule this class will meet in August only.

      Get moving and practice your fencing skills!  More advanced techniques and tactics will be covered and this class will also give you an opportunity to fence with your peers.  For experienced foil fencers age 13+

      • One parent spectator only for minor-age fencers
