Teen/Adult July/August '22 Footwork, Conditioning, Bouting

Teen/Adult FCB Section 1 – Thursday 6:15-8:15pm.

$50 Must be currently enrolled in another class.  Meets Thursdays in July and August.  No Class 7/7 or 7/14.

We continue our footwork, conditioning and bouting class.  The class consists of warm-ups, agility exercises, strength and fitness exercises, and footwork (30-45 minutes).  The remainder of the session will be devoted to bouting and participants are expected to remain for open fencing.  Current enrollment in another class is required to participate.

• Face masks are not required at this time, but are encouraged for those who are unvaccinated, have close contact with someone at higher risk from COVID, or who will be competing in sanctioned events.
